Εκδρομή στην Αράχωβα: Αξιοθέατα και μέρη (Δελφοί, Παρνασσός, Όσιος Λουκάς, Λιβαδειά)

 

Αράχωβα – Παρνασσός

Πώς είναι δυνατόν να κάνει κάποιος σκι σε ένα κατάλευκο χιονισμένο τοπίο και να αγναντεύει την θάλασσα; Στην Ελλάδα, αυτός ο σπάνιος και μοναδικός συνδυασμός είναι πέρα για πέρα εφικτός! 

Βρισκόμαστε στις Ελληνικές Άλπεις ή καλύτερα στην Μύκονο του χειμώνα, όπως έχει επικρατήσει να λέγεται τα τελευταία χρόνια…

Είναι  το μοναδικό σημείο που έχει χαρακτηριστεί ομφαλός της Γης. Θρύλοι και ιερότητα, χρησμοί και θησαυροί, σε τούτο το ένδοξο κομμάτι της Ελλάδας.

Η Αράχωβα είναι μια κωμόπολη του νομού Βοιωτίας, κτισμένη σε υψόμετρο 950 μέτρων στις νότιες πλαγιές του Παρνασσού. Απέχει 170 χιλιόμετρα ή δυο ώρες από την Αθήνα και μόλις 10 χιλιόμετρα από τους Δελφούς, έναν από τους πιο σημαντικούς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους της χώρας μας. Το όνομά της σημαίνει τόπος με καρυδιές, γι αυτό κάποτε ονομαζόταν Καρυές.

Είναι ίσως ο κορυφαίος χειμερινός προορισμός της Ελλάδας. Εδώ, ο κοσμοπολίτικος αέρας εναρμονίζεται πλήρως με τα έντονα παραδοσιακά στοιχεία του οικισμού, τα έθιμα και την κουλτούρα της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Στην Αράχωβα θα βρείτε πολλά περισσότερα από όσα ψάχνετε! Είναι αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένη και προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα από τα περισσότερα σημεία. Εικόνες που ξεκουράζουν το μάτι και γλυκαίνουν την ψυχή. Διαθέτει αμέτρητες επιλογές για νυχτερινή διασκέδαση, προσεγμένο φαγητό με παραδοσιακές γεύσεις ή μοντέρνα κουζίνα. Δεν θα παραλείψετε να δοκιμάσετε τοπικά γλυκά όπως καρυδόπιτα ή πορτοκαλόπιτα και φυσικά την ξακουστή φορμαέλα. Ένα γευστικότατο πικάντικο τυρί με προστατευόμενη ονομασία προέλευσης που σερβίρεται τηγανιτό. Θα γλείφετε τα δάχτυλά σας.

Απολαύστε τις βόλτες σας στην Αράχωβα ανακαλύπτοντας τον κεντρικό δρόμο με όμορφα καταστήματα και αμέτρητες επιλογές αγορών. Στα στενά θα μαγευτείτε από τις εναλλαγές τοπίου και θέας. Ο εγκάρσιος είναι μία ιδιαίτερη διαδρομή στο κέντρο της Αράχωβας και αποτελείται από 264 σκαλοπάτια. Κάντε μια ευχή, πάρτε μια βαθειά ανάσα και ξεκινήστε την πορεία σας προς τον Άγιο Γεώργιο, τον πολιούχο του οικισμού. Μια λαμπρή εκκλησία κτισμένη το 1833.

Η πλατεία Λάκκα είναι το απόλυτο μέρος, ενώ το κέφι και η διάθεση κορυφώνονται. Για να δούμε τι θα επιλέξετε; Καφέ και διάβασμα; Επιτραπέζια δίπλα στο τζάκι; ‘Η party restaurants και all day café – bars?

Το Ρολόι της Αράχωβας, μια κατασκευή του 19ου αιώνα. Όσο για το βράχο στον οποίο βρίσκεται, ονομάζεται Τυριάς και χρησίμευε ως φυσικό ψυγείο για τη φύλαξη τυριών.

Θα βρείτε καταλύματα για όλα τα γούστα και βαλάντια. Ορισμένα από τα πιο πολυτελή σαλέ που διαθέτει η Ελλάδα βρίσκονται εδώ. Η αίσθηση του νερού  στην θερμαινόμενη πισίνα την ώρα που έξω χιονίζει, δεν περιγράφεται!

Μιλώντας για χιόνι, η Αράχωβα είναι πανέμορφη όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου, αλλά κυρίως τον χειμώνα. Ομίχλη, άσπρες νιφάδες και ένα σαγηνευτικό λευκό πέπλο που τα καλύπτει όλα.  Στο Ζεμενό και το Λιβάδι θα βρείτε έξτρα επιλογές εστίασης και διαμονής

Χιονοδρομικό κέντρο Παρνασσού. 21 πίστες και 7 διαδρομές συνολικού μήκους 36χλμ σας περιμένουν για ένα σωρό επιλογές σπορ: σκι και snowboard, snow mobil  και περπάτημα με χιονορακέτες! Για ότι χρειαστείτε, από μαθήματα σκι μέχρι εξοπλισμό, η Αράχωβα έχει φροντίσει για εσάς

Όταν το χιόνι έχει λιώσει, δραστηριότητες όπως η πεζοπορία σε πανέμορφες διαδρομές του εθνικού Δρυμού Παρνασσού όπως το ευρωπαϊκό μονοπάτι Ε4 και το εθνικό 22, η ιππασία και το ποδήλατο δεν πρέπει να λείπουν από την ατζέντα σας. Για τους πιο τολμηρούς; Paintball ή τζιπ και γουρούνες ATV σε λασπωμένες πίστες!

Δελφοί. Μόλις φτάσατε στο κέντρο του κόσμου. Ένας τόπος λαμπρός, φωτισμένος από τον Απόλλωνα. Όταν κάποτε ο Δίας έστειλε 2 αετούς, έναν προς την ανατολή  και έναν προς την δύση, τότε αυτοί συναντήθηκαν στους Δελφούς. Μαγευθείτε από την Κασταλία πηγή, το αρχαίο θέατρο, τον θόλο στο ιερό της Αθηνάς Προναίας, τον Θησαυρό των Αθηναίων και το στάδιο, το Άδυτο της Πυθίας και τον χάλκινο τρίποδα, ενώ αγναντεύετε την αξέχαστη αυτή θέα. Στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο των Δελφών εκθέματα απαράμιλλης τέχνης όπως ο Ηνίοχος, η σφίγγα, οι κούροι και το μαρμάρινο άγαλμα του Αντίνοου θα σας κόψουν την ανάσα!
